The Next Generation Design Competition is open to any architect, designer or student, in the case of architects and designers is the requirement to have worked for 10 years or work durance less.

was asked to design a zero environmental footprint for a Federal building in Los Angeles, California [USA] built in 1965, considering all scales of intervention, from windows or lighting systems for interior spaces to surround the building and the urban environment. Focusing on one of these scales and working it until it stops.
propose the use of minimum quantities of network power, bringing the existing features of the building towards the XXI century.
Work to make the building self-sufficient, including its use of energy and water.
