Therefore, the Center Hotel 2010 Contest challenges to design a hotel dedicated to recreational tourism is established as an architecturally significant building residing with the immediate context, composed of buildings from the sixteenth to the twentieth century.

There is no limit on the number of projects registered by a single participant or team, as long as they have done the registration process for each project and payment for each project.
There is no limit on the number of members the participating team, as all prizes are awarded to the project designated by the jury and not every team member.
Each registered project will receive a registration key.
PRIZES First place: $ 30,000.00 (Thirty thousand pesos).
The winning project will first be subjected to a process of negotiation with private groups and local investors.
